Founders Affiliate Terms

Effective September 1, 2026

Disclosure required: Affiliates must clearly state near any referral link or recommendation: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

1. Offer

Approved founders affiliates may earn a commission equal to 30% of Eligible Net Revenue from subscribers attributed to their assigned referral link. This is an invitation-only program and participation is subject to approval by Red Fox Asset Solutions.

2. Eligible Net Revenue

Eligible Net Revenue means payment actually received by Red Fox for a tracked referred purchase, excluding taxes, fees, refunds, credits, chargebacks, disputed payments, fraudulent transactions, complimentary access, free trials, and amounts not collected. Commissions apply only while the referred customer remains a paying customer and the referral remains properly attributed.

3. Promotion Rules

Affiliates may describe Red Fox honestly as a market-information tool. They may not promise profits, guaranteed wins, betting results, or special access not offered by Red Fox. They may not target minors, use spam, impersonate Red Fox, bid on Red Fox branded search terms without written approval, or make misleading claims.

4. Payouts and Changes

Red Fox may set a minimum payout threshold, payment method, tax documentation requirements, and payment schedule before issuing commissions. We may withhold or reverse commissions tied to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or violations of these Terms. We may modify or end the program prospectively with notice.
