Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before You Purchase

Red Fox sells access to market-information tools. It does not sell picks or guaranteed outcomes. Please review plan pricing, renewal terms, and the coverage description before checkout.

Day Access

Day Access is a one-time digital access purchase that ends at midnight Eastern Time. Because access is delivered immediately, it is generally non-refundable after the board has been accessed, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a material technical failure prevented access.

Monthly and Annual Plans

Subscription charges are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel renewal at any time through the customer billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We generally do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law or for a material service failure that we confirm.

How to Request Help

For billing questions, accidental duplicate charges, or a technical access problem, submit a request through the Support Center within 14 days of the charge. Include the email used for your account and the payment date. Do not send card numbers or passwords.

Chargebacks

Please contact Support first so we can investigate and resolve a legitimate billing issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of access. Nothing here restricts any right you have under applicable law.
