Red Fox Asset Solutions, New York, United States, operates Red Fox Market Intelligence. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the Service.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to create and secure your account, including your email address and authentication details. We also receive limited technical and usage information generated by your browser, such as IP address, device/browser information, and service logs. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by Red Fox.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide access, process payments, prevent fraud and misuse, respond to support requests, maintain the Service, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it to make wagering decisions for you.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the Service, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payment processing and billing, and Resend for support-message delivery. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and Security

We retain account and transaction information as needed for service operations, disputes, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the Service.

Your Choices

You can request account or billing help through the Support Center. You may cancel subscriptions through the Stripe billing portal. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 21. Do not provide us with personal information if you are under 21.

Updates

We may revise this policy as the Service changes. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
