1. Who We Are

Red Fox Market Intelligence is operated by Red Fox Asset Solutions, New York, United States (“Red Fox,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms govern your use of our website, board, and related services.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be at least 21 years old and may use the Service only where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you. Do not use the Service if wagering is illegal or harmful for you.

3. Information Only

The Service organizes third-party market data, historical observations, and analytical labels. Information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. You make all decisions independently and accept full responsibility for them. We do not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, provide individualized advice, or guarantee accuracy, profitability, or results.

4. Accounts and Access

Keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share, resell, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the board or its underlying data. We may suspend access for misuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

5. Plans, Renewals, and Cancellation

Day Access is a one-time purchase that ends at midnight Eastern Time. Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically at the displayed interval unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel renewal through the customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and preserves access through the paid period unless required otherwise by law.

6. Refunds

Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before purchasing. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Fox disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for wagering losses, missed opportunities, data-source failures, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to Red Fox for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes and Governing Law

We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. New York law governs these Terms, except where your local law requires otherwise.
